Mohamed Zidan returned from injury as Bani Yas suffered their second league defeat of the season at the hands of Al-Wehda. Egypt forward Zidan, who has been out for more than a month with a torn hamstring, played the final 25 minutes but couldn't help his side avoid a 2-1 defeat to the league leaders. Bani Yas remain level on 12 points with Al-Wehda though as they clash with close rivals Al-Nasr next week. Zidan may well start the game for Jozef Chovanec's side as first-choice striker Andre Senghor was sent off in the Wehda defeat.
