Nigeria reject Egypt friendly

The friendly meeting between Egypt and Nigeria on September 11 has been cancelled as the Super Eagles pulled out of the game.
Egypt coach Diaa Al-Sayed has confirmed the news without revealing a clear reason for the Nigerians' decision.
However - according to BBC Sport - the ‘Nigeria Football Federation is not convinced with the logistics surrounding the proposed friendly'.
Egypt were supposed to meet Benin on September 7 before entertaining Nigeria four days later, but are now forced to look for a replacement to the Super Eagles.
Both games were supposed to be held in Dubai, where the Egypt edged a local-based Nigeria side 3-2 last April.
After being ousted from the CAN 2013 qualifiers, Bob Bradley's team's next competitive game takes place next March against Zimbabwe in the World Cup qualifiers.
