Ahli football director Sayed Abdul-Hafiz sounded his satisfaction with the cooperation Egypt manager Bob Bradley is showing, following the latter's visit to the Reds' training on Tuesday. Bradley, whose team are due to fly to Lebanon to play a couple of friendlies by the end of this month, was keen to meet with Ahli and Zamalek management to discuss the availability of international players amid the Cairo duo's continental commitments. “Coach Bradley has been cooperative with us in such a fruitful manner that will be in the best interest of Ahli and the national team.” Abdul-Hafiz told Ahli's official website. “His approach will surely have a positive impact on Egyptian football in general and that is something we always welcome. “We have no problem allowing international players to join the national team at the meantime, especially following our return from the first leg.” Ahli will open their Champions League campaign against Ethiopian Coffee in Addis Ababa on March 23, while the national will meet Lebanon and Chad later in the month.
