Preview: Egypt conclude Gulf camp with DR Congo game

Egypt are set for their final friendly meeting in the Doha camp as they take on DR Congo in a relatively tough encounter.
Bob Bradley's men had a walk in the park when they crushed Kenya U23s 5-0 before facing little resistance to edge Niger 1-0 in the second game.
The seven-time African champions will be looking to maintain their perfect record against a team that last beat them 38 years ago.
DR Congo's sole victory over Egypt came in 1974 when the former Zaire won 3-2 in Cairo, in a game that witnessed the presence of Zamalek legend and former coach Hassan Shehata in the Pharaohs line-up.
Elmo boost
While Egypt are missing the vital presence of Ahli and Zamalek players, the key man will be Sunderland winger Ahmed Elmohamady.
Elmo has been allowed to stay with the national team for the DR Congo game despite the Tyne-Wear derby against Newcastle on Sunday.
Hosni Abd-Rabou is also likely to retain the captain's armband as skipper Ahmed Hassan is set for another international appearance.
