Zamalek manager Hassan Shehata implied that Amr Zaki's recent complaint against the club will not go unheeded. Zaki, along with wing-back Hazem Emam, has been absent from training since filing a complaint to the FA against the club over unpaid wages a few days ago. While indirectly criticizing his star striker and young defender, Shehata assured the duo that they will pay for missing training. “First of all, Zaki told me in the summer that he wants to stay with Zamalek even though he was about to be sold,” Shehata told Al-Hayat TV. “I assured him he will be receiving his late dues but then he went to complain against the club, with Hazem following him after that. “According to the regulations, the duo should not be attending training after activating their complaints, so their consequently missed several sessions. “I have my regulations at the club as well and thus they will be punished for missing training.” Zaki, who is regarded as Zamalek's main frontman, said he will be glad to return to the team's fold once he receives his late dues. In contrast, Emam insisted on rescinding his contract with the Whites even if the latter managed to pay the full amount of his wage.
