Egypt midfielder Hosni Abd-Rabou says he will be joining Zamalek in case Ismaili failed to keep him this summer. The 27-year-old has been far from settled in Ismailia lately, with the crisis-hit Dervishes struggling to convince him with a new deal. Despite signing a pre-contract agreement earlier this summer, Abd-Rabou received nothing from his late dues estimated to be around EGP 5million. He is now poised to quit Ismaili as a move to Hassan Shehata's Zamalek appeals to him after Ahli revealed they are no more interested in his services. “I am mostly unhappy with the negligence of Ismaili officials. No one tried to contact me in order to solve the problem,” Abd-Rabou told Al-Hayat TV. “The FA is expecting Ismaili to resolve my contract problem this week; if not, the pre-agreement shall be nullified. “I hope that the problem will be resolved with the next 24 hours because I want to stay with Ismaili. “In case I had to leave, I think it is clear that I will be closer to joining Zamalek.” Another Ismaili star on the move this summer is playmaker Abdullah Al-Saied, who is transfer-listed by request as league champions Ahli are more than willing to sign him. The Dervishes declared they are likely to sacrifice one of the team's stars in order to improve the club's poor financial status, with Al-Saied looking closer to the exit door.
