Ismaili new manager Hossam Hassan and his crew could be forced to step down if things didn't improve inside the coastal club. The Dervishes have been languishing with administrative problems since the end of last season, which saw two boards step down in the space of 30 days, even though Yehia Al-Koumi is still considered club chairman. While coach Hossam Hassan and his twin brother Ibrahim are struggling to maintain stability within their unhappy squad, the former Egypt duo seem to be running out of patience. “The board is supposed to work on resolving some problems next week and things should get better. But if this didn't happen, we could quit Ismaili,” football director Ibrahim Hassan told reporters. “There are no funds to get new players and we do not even have money to buy training uniforms for the team!” Amid the financial crisis, Ismaili have yet to offer star midfielder and skipper Hosni Abd-Rabou a new deal after he ran out of contract this summer. However, the Egypt international, who is now a free agent, is reluctant to leave his boyhood club despite major interest from Ahli and Zamalek. Another player who could be transfer-listed on order to ease the club's financial problem is Abdullah Al-Saied, who expressed his willingness to leave last season.
