Forget about Chelsea, Sunderland boss tells his players
Published in FilGoal on 19 - 11 - 2010

Sunderland coach Steve Bruce said his players must put the impressive 3-0 victory over Chelsea behind them as they approach the Premier League's hectic pre-Christmas program.
The Black Cats had a night to remember last Sunday after stunning holders and leaders Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Goals from Nedum Onuoha, Asamoah Gyan and Danny Welbeck inflicted Chelsea's heaviest home defeat since 2002.
Egyptian wing-back Ahmed Elmohamady started on the bench for the second consecutive match before being introduced in the dying minutes.
"It was a wonderful performance and I was delighted with it, but I have to stress - it's gone, it's history," Bruce was quoted as saying on Sunderland's official website on Friday.
"We must look forward to the next game. We've hit standards which we hope we can keep."
Sunderland, who according to Elmohamady are eyeing a top-four finish, lie sixth in the Premier League table with 19 points from 13 games.
Just three points separate them from fourth-placed Manchester City. They next face Everton on Monday before playing Wolves, West Ham, Fulham and Bolton during the packed schedule.
"We're busy going into Christmas with five games and then we've got another four over the Christmas period," Bruce added.
"This Barclays Premier League takes some beating - every team has good players and Everton are no different.
"We must set a target of eight or ten points from the next five games to keep us around where we want to be."
