Talaat back for misfiring Ahli
Published in FilGoal on 29 - 10 - 2010

Ahli have pardoned striker Mohamed Talaat in an apparent attempt to have him available for next week's Egyptian Premier League tie against ENPPI.
The 21-year-old was fined EGP 50,000 and ordered to train with the youth team last week for disciplinary reasons.
Ahli said he inexplicably declined to undergo his rehabilitation program after missing the team's defeat at Tunisia's Esperance in the African Champions League semis due to a hamstring injury.
The Red Devils gave him the green light to return to the first-team's training on Friday, six days before they take on ENPPI.
"Talaat's commitment has been up to our expectations during the past week," the club said in a statement on their official website.
"Consequently, he has returned to the senior team training today."
Talaat is now expected to spearhead Ahli's attack against ENPPI due to the absence of several frontmen.
Mohamed Fadl, Osama Hosni and Liberian Francis Doe are all nursing injuries.
Doe is facing a race against time to recover from a hamstring injury in time to take part in the game.
Natural deep-lying forward Geddo shouldered the responsibility of rounding off Ahli's attacking moves in Wednesday's 1-0 away victory over Petrojet.
Playing on his own upfront, the Egyptian international scored the winner in the first half with a fine acrobatic effort.
Defending champions Ahli, who eye a seventh consecutive league title, lie third in the table with 14 points from six games.
They can leapfrog arch-rivals Zamalek into top spot if they win their two games in hand.
