Zamalek striker Mostafa Gaafar has launched a scathing attack on the team's coaching staff after he was suspended and fined for "disciplinary reasons". Cairo giants' coach Manuel Cajuda and his assistant Ahmed Ramzi suspended Gaafar for an indefinite period as well as handing him a financial fine after he attacked them in press for being benched against Ismaili in the Egyptian League. "I think Cajuda and Ramzi forgot that my goals saved them from being sacked," Gaafar told FilGoal.com on Wednesday. Relationship between the Egypt international and the coaching staff worsened after Portuguese boss Cajuda refused to let Gaafar take part in Zamalek's training last week. The player threatened to quit Zamalek if the club didn't lift the financial fine imposed on him with reports suggesting he could be on his way to arch-rivals Ahli. "I appreciate Ahli's negotiations with me because they knew my worth," the 25-year-old said. Gaafar joined Zamalek from Baladeyet Al-Mahalla last season and scored ten goals in the Egyptian League.
