Hosni Abd-Rabou could miss Ismaili's first game of the season because his International Transfer Certificate has yet to arrive from Dubai. Abd-Rabou, who returned to Ismaili after spending the past two seasons on loan at Ahli Dubai, was hoping to play in next week's CAF Champions League clash with JS Kabylie. But FilGoal.com has learnt that Ismaili are encountering problems registering the Egypt striker in their continental roster due to the ITC delay. Ismaili compete in Group B of the Champions League, along with Algeria's Kabylie, Nigeria's Heartland and Egyptian league rivals Ahli. The Dervishes will open their domestic campaign against Petrojet on August 5th.
