Ahli striker Emad Meteb is set to fly to Germany to perform a check-up on his recent back problem, the club said. The Reds' top scorer sustained a back injury in last weekend's draw with Zamalek, which saw him score twice for the league leaders. Meteb was accordingly ruled out of Friday's Champions League match at Ittihad of Tripoli and will spend the rest of the week in Germany.
