Zamalek striker Ahmed Gafaar says he's seeking to be named the Egyptian Premier League top scorer. Gafaar, who joined Zamalek in the summer of 2009 from Telecom Egypt, has notched 7 goals so far this term. "I'm now vying for the top-scorer accolade, thanks to the two goals I scored against Petrojet," The 24-year-old told Zamalek's official site. Gafaar was hailed as a prolific marksman after hitting a double in the White Knights' 3-2 vital win over Petrojet on Sunday. "My goal tally is a result of a team work. We have all exerted a lot of efforts of late to get back to winning ways," he added.
