Abd-Rabou's Ahli lose Super Cup

Ahli Dubai have lost the Emirate Super Cup to Ain on penalties, in which Egypt midfielder Hosni Abd-Rabou missed a crucial penalty for the league champions.
The full-time scoreline was 2-2 and the match had to be decided on penalties, with Abd-Rabou the only one to miss from the spot.
Ironically, the spot kick specialist netted a penalty during the game, which saw Ain's Brazilian striker Emerson score a brace. Mohamed Sorour hit a late equalizer for Ahli.
Ahli finished the game with ten men as defender Mohamed Qassim was sent off in the 16th minute of extra time.
