Manchester United goalkeeper Ben Foster has withdrawn from England's squad for Holland friendly due to injury, the English FA said. Foster picked up a knock during United's Community Shield defeat to Chelsea on Sunday and was consequently ruled out of Wednesday's game. Manchester City reserve keeper Joe Hart has been recalled to replace Foster, who was tipped for a starting role in United's Premiership opener with Birmingham at the weekend. Blackburn's Paul Robinson is now likely to stand between the posts against the Dutch.
