Zamalek will be looking to return to winning ways at Masri's expense to move away from the danger zone as they suffer their worst ever run in the Egyptian Premier League. The Cairo giants face the unthinkable prospect of being relegated to the second division after slumping to three successive defeats to Ahli, Ghazl Mahalla and Ittihad. They lie ninth in the 16-team table with 21 points, just three above the relegation zone. New Swiss coach Michel Decastel, who took over from Ahmed Refaat last month, is yet to enjoy his first win at Zamalek's helm. But he is seemingly convinced that Zamalek are moving in the right direction despite their struggles. "Decastel assured me that Zamalek are constantly developing, saying that our upcoming results will be way better," the club's chairman Mohamed Amer told FilGoal.com. The White Knights welcome back Shikabala against Masri after the talented winger missed last week's defeat against Ittihad due to disciplinary reasons. Ghana striker Junior Agogo, who was involved in a dispute with Zamalek after being fined $200,000, was dropped for the game.
Bicskei wants first win Forward Gamal Hamza was named in the squad after shaking off a knee complaint. First win Masri's new coach Bertalan Bicskei will be targeting his first win with the Port Said-based club. The Hungarian was appointed as the team's boss earlier this month following the sacking of Hossam Hassan. His debut was spoiled by league holders Ahli, who defeated Masri 2-1 at Cairo Stadium. "Bicskei was pleased with the players' display against Ahli," Masri assistant coach Tarek Soliman told FilGoal.com. "We will face a stern test against Zamalek because they will fight to improve their position but we are ready for the clash."
