"Yes I had offers from English clubs but I preferred Nasr and I wish the move could help me return to the national team," he said. The ex-Feyenoord man also revealed the greetings of the Egypt technical staff regarding his long-awaited transfer. Following his Premier League experience, Ghaly believes that he expects no big difference in terms of the level of competition in Saudi Arabia. "The Premiership is one of the strongest league competitions in the world, if not the strongest, but I also believe the Saudi league is the best in the Arab region," he added. "I don't think the difference is great because training facilities are almost the same these days."
