We have no chance against Barcelona, says Schuster
Published in FilGoal on 08 - 12 - 2008

Real Madrid coach Bernd Schuster is convinced that his team don't have a substantial chance to beat arch-rivals Barcelona when both sides meet next week in the Primera Liga.
The Spanish Champions have been suffering a stuttering form for months, while the Catalans are enjoying a splendid run.
"The game against Barcelona worries me less than any other game," Schuster said during a press conference after the 4-3 loss to Sevilla on Saturday.
"It is not possible to win because Barcelona are in devastating form and I believe that this is going to be their year.
"The team that Barca have can do well there, but I cannot say any more about that."
Stumbling Around
The Los Merengues slumped to a second successive League defeat to Sevilla, and now they are languishing in the fifth place with 26 points.
However, the German tactician assured that he's going to stay on as the defending champions boss.

Barcelona in top form
"I am not going to resign because the players are giving everything that they have. We just need a change of fortune and something going for us would be important," he continued.
He also said that jinx has nothing to do with Saturday's frustrating loss, blaming his players' inconsistency for the unsatisfying result .
"It is not a question of bad luck because playing well in the second half is not enough. We should have gone into the game and played better in the first half.
"We made life difficult for ourselves and we had to make a huge effort. At times we do well and at other times not. Games are more than 90 minutes long.
Furthermore, he cited the dismissal of Arjen Robben in the second half as one reason behind losing the game.
"Sevilla helped us in our comeback because they were passive in the second half and we took advantage of that. We could have done more if Robben had stayed one," he added.
"I thought that we were on the verge of winning the game before he was sent off."
