Ismaili Vice-President Khaled Farw said that the club are still scouting for a foreign coach to take charge of the football team. "We are still looking for a good foreign coach, but the board won't be rushed into any appointments just for the sake of it," Farw told FilGoal.com on Monday. "Our next coach should be good enough to lead Ismaili within the next period." Khaled Al-Qammash has been in charge of Ismaili since the summer, and Farw stressed that the caretaker coach has got the board's backing until a foreign coach is appointed. "Despite the search for a foreign candidate, we still have all the confidence in Al-Qammash after the club maintained a good start of the season under his guidance," added Farw.
