Brazilian forward Rafael Sobis has joined UAE's Al-Jazeera from Real Betis, the Spanish Primera Liga side said. "In this way a request of the coach is met and Sobis's time at Real Betis is brought to an end," Betis said. The 23-year-old signed a four-year contract worth €11M with Al-Jazeera, who finished second in the Emirate league last season. The deal took place as the transfer window is yet to close for Gulf clubs. Sobis was part of Brazil's squad in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, where he helped the South Americans win the bronze medal.
