Ahli facing test of character against improving Dynamos
Published in FilGoal on 17 - 08 - 2008

Ahli will be looking to get back to winning ways when they entertain Zimbabwe champions Dynamos in the CAF Champions League on Sunday.
The Egyptian titans suffered a rare domestic defeat at Masri last week, and the display in Port-Saied was far from satisfactory for Manuel Jose's men.
However, a victory at Military Stadium could see the Reds extending their lead to three points on top of Group A, following Zamalek's disappointing draw with ASEC Mimosas.
Influential midfielder Ahmed Hassan should retain his place in the starting line-up after he was rested by Jose in the Masri defeat.
Ahmed Belal returned to the squad at the expense of Osama Hosni, who was omitted for unknown reasons by Jose.
Improving
On the Other hand, the visitors proved they are no pushovers in the 1-0 defeat to Zamalek weeks ago, and their coach sees improvement after the Cairo defeat.
"We learnt from our mistakes that we made against Zamalek and we have been working very hard to make some corrections," coach David Mandigora said.
"These games are about keeping possession and we tended to give it away in the last game against Zamalek. But I have seen some improvement in that regard.
Dynamos will miss injured midfield duo Desmond Maringwa and Wonder Sithole, but skipper Murape Murape is expected to ne fit again, as well as striker Lazarus Muhoni.
