Barcelona outcast Samuel Eto'o could be staying at Nou Camp this season if he did not receive convincing offers in the near future, the Cameroon star's agent said. Eto'o was one of three stars to be named as surplus players by new coach Josep Guardiola, who has already loaded off Ronaldinho and Deco. "One can not rule out Eto'o remaining in Barcelona next season," agent Jose Maria Mesalles told Barcelona-based Sport. "If there are no bids, he will stay. We have offers, but they do not convince us for various reasons." Several Offers In the same manner, Eto'o reasserted that a few European clubs have already shown interests in him. "I have several offers from big European clubs. Which ones? Chelsea, Tottenham and Inter," Eto'o told Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
