Ahli Dubai join Abd-Rabou race

Ahli Dubai made an official offer to sign Egypt midfielder Hosni Abd-Rabou from Ismaili, the Egyptian club said on Friday.
"Ahli Dubai sent an offer to sign Abd-Rabou on a permanent basis," Ismaili general manager Abdul-Rahman Anous said.
Anous refused to reveal the financial terms.
But FilGoal.com has learnt that the UAE side would pay up to $2 millions to lure the best player in the African Cup of Nations 2008.
Saudi club Al-Nassr are long-time admirers of Abd-Rabou and were reportedly close on landing him this summer
