Chelsea have reached an agreement with FC Porto over the transfer of full-back Jose Bosingwa, the London club confirmed on Monday. The Portuguese champions said earlier that a ₤16.2M was agreed, and Chelsea have officially reaffirmed the move. "Chelsea Football Club can confirm we have reached agreement with FC Porto for the transfer of Jose Bosingwa," a statement read on Chelsea's site. "The player is now in England to discuss personal terms and undergo a medical." Bosingwa was signed by Jose Mourinho in 2003 as he went on to clinch the 2004 UEFA Champions League title plus four Superliga titles with Porto. The 25-year-old has six caps with Portugal.
