Pavel Nedved could move away from Juventus as talks over his contract extension have broken down. The Czech midfielder and his agent met with Juventus sporting director Jean-Claude Blanc but they couldn't reach an agreement. The 35-year old player will be out of contract in June. Nedved answered with a lot of sarcasm when he was asked by journalists how negotiations went. “How did they go? Superbly.” The former Ballon d'Or has hinted that he could quit after the Euro 2008 if he doesn't find an agreement with the Old Lady's officials. Juventus have offered him another season extension with a pay-cut. There will be another meeting between the two sides next week.
