John Terry has made it clear that he wants to win the UEFA Champions League title to silence Chelsea's "critics". Chelsea reached the final of the Champions League final for the first time in history after a 4-3 aggregate win over rivals Liverpool on Wednesday. "Until recently we were not a club to challenge for everything. We'd win the occasional trophy like the FA Cup in 1997 and 2000, but we were never a problem for the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal, who have done well over the years," Terry told Sky Sports. The Chelsea skipper is adamant about his team's status as one of the top European clubs, even though some critics claim otherwise. "We won the Premier League two years running and we've won other trophies and it takes a great side to do that," said Terry. "But a Champions League trophy would answer a few critics and it is something I am desperate to win," added the stern defender.
