Diego gets three-match ban

Werder Bremen playmaker Diego has been handed a three-match ban after being sent off against Eintracht Frankfurt.
A statement posted on the German Federation website said that the Brazilian ace has been suspended following his attack on Sotirios Kyrgiakos.
Diego was shown the red after 40 minutes for pushing the Greek defender.
Werder Bremen lost the game 1-0 and dropped to four points behind leaders Bayern Munich who have 44 points.
