Portsmouth have completed the signing of Czech striker Milan Baros, on loan from Lyon, until the end of the season. The 26-year old player passed the medicals on Sunday to become the third signing of Pompey during this winter break after Chelsea midfielder Lassana Diarra and French defender Lucien Aubey. "It's a terrific opportunity to have a look at him. He's a good player he was the Golden Boot winner at a European championship, he's got pace and makes good runs," Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp was quoted saying on the club's website. His contract includes an option to make his move permanent at the end of the season. Baros started training on Monday and would be available for Wednesday's clash against Manchester United.
