The English Football Association (FA) will not take any disciplinary actions against Arsenal's duo Emmanuel Adebayor and Nicklas Bendtner following their dispute in the Carling Cup clash against Tottenham. "The FA will not take any formal disciplinary action against Emmanuel Adebayor over the incident involving Arsenal team-mate Nicklas Bendtner during the Carling Cup semi-final second leg against Tottenham," the FA said in a statement released on Thursday afternoon. "But will write to both players to remind them of their responsibilities." With seven minutes remaining and Arsenal losing 5-1, Adebayor and Bendtner were involved in row and the latter went out with a cut in his nose. The Togolese striker apoligzed in public for his teammate and the fans. " We are both passionate about this Club and sometimes that can be projected in the wrong way. It was a mistake. We want to focus on the games ahead and rely on our squad's great togetherness to achieve a fantastic season."
