Seville's Brazilian midfielder Daniel Alves is very interested in switching to English Premiership side Chelsea. “You have to take the chances that come your way. A footballer's life is very short,” said the 24-year-international left winger. Alves has been linked with the Blues since last June but Seville seemed not ready to sell any of their key players. The 2007 Copa America winner spent five seasons with Seville leading them to two UEFA Cups and a European Super Cup. The move of Alves to Stamford Bridge could allow a transfer in the opposite direction as winger Arjen Robben could leave the Premiership to join the Spanish Champions Real Madrid. Real have been in bid for the 23-year-old Dutch winger but they have been confronted to the refusal of the Blues over the past few weeks. A deal could be sealed for a fee around 35 million euros.
