Esperance will be missing a host of key players before clashing with African champions Ahli in the CAF Champions League in Cairo on Friday. The Tunisian club will be without suspended left-back Wissem El Bekri, and injured duo Chakib Lachkham and skipper Moine Chaabani. In addition to the absent trio, Esperance are without their top scorer Amine Ltifi, whose contract at the club expired and an extension is yet to be agreed. The game will witness Esperance new manager Arbi Zouaoui's debut, following the recent departure of Fawzi Benzarti. Esperance are currently bottom of Group B with one point from two games, while Egyptian champions Ahli have a 100% record at the top of the group.
