Manchester United will open their Premiership title defense against Reading at home while last season's runners-up Chelsea take on newly-promoted Birmingham at Stamford Bridge. In the new season's fixtures which were announced on Thursday, Tottenham Hotspur, whom Egyptian duo Hossam Ghaly and Ahmed Hossam 'Mido' play for, face Sunderland in Roy Keane's top-flight debut as a manager. Arsenal host Fulham in an early London derby while Liverpool, who are seeking to mount a serious challenge for the Premiership title, travel to Aston Villa. The first top-four clash will come on the 18th of August when Liverpool tackle Chelsea at Anfield Road.
