Ghanaian midfielder Awuley Quaye 'Junior' will arrive in Cairo on Thursday to join Zamalek's training camp for next season, the club said. Club official Galal Mahmoud told FilGoal.com that Junior sent a fax on Wednesday confirming his arrival to Cairo although his demands to modify his contract with the club were rejected. Junior wanted to receive his wages of his second season with Zamalek in advance while the club insisted he should be paid over installments as it was agreed in his contract. The 26-year-old had a troubled campaign last season, scoring only twice and handed a six-match ban due to making insulting gesture towards crowd in a domestic league game. Reports suggested that he will part company with Zamalek and play in either in Tunisia or Saudi Arabia where he had previous spells.
