Zamalek block Junior's trip to Ghana

Zamalek refused to permit Ghanaian midfielder Awuley Quaye 'Junior' to travel to his homeland for a friendly the national team, the club said.
Junior's request was turned down because Zamalek didn't receive any official letters from the Ghanaian Football Federation confirming the match, a club source told FilGoal.com.
Junior is serving a six-match ban handed by the Egyptian FA following his indecent gestures to Masri fans in the local league earlier this season.

Abdul-Hadi
Meanwhile, international defender Medhat Abdul-Hadi is ready to make a comeback against Ismaili on Tuesday after a six-month layoff.
Abdul-Hadi completed the latest training session and looked sharp after fully recovering from a severe back injury.
Zamalek are second in the local standings on 42 points, two behind holders and leaders Ahli, who still have two matches in hand.
