Germany defender Christoph Metzelder is fit to feature in his side's clash against Ecuador in their World Cup Group A game on Tuesday, assistant coach Joachim Low said. "Metzelder took part in training today and should do again on Monday," Low was quoted as saying by Sky Sports on Sunday. "It is not a serious injury and he is available to play against Ecuador," he added. The Borussia Dortmund defender was doubtful for Ecuador game after limping out of training on Saturday due to knee injury. Germany are looking for a win to finish on top of their group in order to avoid facing England, who are likely to advance as Group B leaders, in the knock-out stage.
