Ismaili players upset over late payments

Ismailia-Yasser Al-Sherif: Ismaili players caused a problem during the team's training session on Monday because of their overdue payments.
Ismaili club is yet to pay the players their overdue salaries, which are estimated at 50% of their respective contracts with the club.
The players refused to take the field in the final training session ahead of their Egyptian Cup round of 16 game against Koroum on Tuesday.
Ismaili coach Theo Buecker gave the players three minutes to commence practice and threatened to cancel the session if they do not comply.
The players accepted the German coach's ultimatum after a club board member promised them their overdue money, an insider source told FilGoal.com.
The Egyptian Cup is Ismaili's last chance to bag a trophy this season.
