Inter Milan winger Santiago Solari said his side face an uphill task against Villarreal in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals on Tuesday despite the home victory in the first leg. "They are a very 'Spanish' team," Inter.it quoted Solari, who played six years with Spanish giants Real Madrid, as saying in a press conference. "They really like keeping possession of the ball and they take advantage of their quite small pitch. It will be a very tough match." Inter came back from an early one-goal deficit at home last week to edge Villarreal 2-1 and leave the tie wide open.
Solari in Real Madrid's colors Solari scored twice in Inter's 3-0 victory over Messina over the weekend but is still not sure whether he will start at El Madrigal or not after starting winger Luis Figo recovered from injury. "I train every day as if I am to play the next match, this is my philosophy," the Argentinean international said. "During a championship, and particularly in this part of the season, we must think solely about our goals, which are all important. "It's the most important match of the year for us right now because it could see us reach the Champions League semi-finals," he said.
