Published in FilGoal on 31 - 12 - 2005

Former Ahli and Masri forward Khaled Ali “Bibo” is close to signing for Bahraini side Rifaa, Al-Ayaam newspaper reported on Thursday.
Rifaa officials have reached an agreement with Bibo who is reportedly being pursued by his former club Ismaili.
“Bibo will arrive in Bahrain on Friday to join Rifaa,” club secretary-general Abdul-Aziz Al-Ashraf told the Bahraini paper.
“He will participate in the exhibition matches we will play before facing Al-Malkeya club in the King Cup round of 16,” he added.
Bibo told Filgoal.com on Wednesday night that he is close to join Ismaili after talking with club president Abdul-Monem Emara.
Al-Ashraf said his team will be relying on Bibo to lead them to the local league title.
“Bibo's arrival will strengthen our team, especially that the second round of the league will start and we are competing for the title with Al-Muhharaq,” he added.
