Amr Zaki scored twice to give Egypt a friendly 2-0 victory over Uganda in the LG tournament on Tuesday. The victory lift Egypt into the tournament final on Thursday to play Senegal who edged Ecuador 2-1 earlier on the same day. Veteran striker Hossam Hassan, 39, featured for Egypt for the first time in 18 months when he came in the second-half as a substitute for Ahli forward Emad Meteb, who is 17 years younger. The game was marred by chants against Meteb from apparnelty Zamalek supporters. The incident forced Ahli's fans to insult Zamalek players especially Ibrahim Said. Zaki put Egypt ahead two minutes before the break when he received Ahmed Hassan's through pass, rounded a defender and sent a low shot into the back of the net. The Enppi striker doubled the lead in the 66th minute after Abdul-Zaher Al-Saqqa sidestepped two defenders inside the box before feeding Zaki who easily slipped the ball home.
