Shikabala has been named by Egypt manager Bob Bradley alongside three other Zamalek players for the World Cup qualifier against Guinea on September 10. Following the vital 2-1 Champions League victory over South Africa's Orlando Pirates, four Zamalek players were added to Egypt's provisional roster, including Ahmed Eid, Mohamed Abdul-Shafi and Omar Gaber. Sought-after forward Mohamed Ibrahim, however, has been omitted after being confined to the bench in the recent two Champions League matches. Bradley had already announced his squad a day ago, with 13 Ahli players included following their 2-1 home win over Congo's Leopards. Nine foreign-based Egyptians – led by Amr Zaki – were earlier named for the qualifier, which takes place in Alexandria. Egypt meet Guinea in a game to spare after already booking a berth in the final play off round.
