Ismaili are keen to bring in Iraq starlet Mohannad Abdul-Raheem in the summer, chairman Mohamed Abdul-Saoud revealed. Abdul-Raheem, 19, has been named Asian Young Player of the Year for 2012 after dazzling at the AFC U-19 Championship in the UAE last year. He plays as a striker for Iraqi side Duhok and will be a free agent this summer. “We need to reinforce our squad with several new players and Iraq's Abdul-Raheem is a primary target for us," the Dervishes chief told FilGoal.com. “We have reached an agreement over the transfer of Benin international midfielder Pascal Angan from Algeria's CR Belouizdad, but we are hoping for more deals." Ismaili are set to lose key duo Omar Gamal and Ahmed Khairi in the summer after failing to convince the international pair with new deals. Star midfielder Amr Al-Sulaya is also believed to be on his way out, with Ismaili claiming that Spanish side Villarreal are interested in his services. Abdul-Raheem goals for Iraq youth team
