Iraq keeper Nour Sabri expressed his delight upon signing for Ismaili on a free transfer move starting from next January. Sabri penned a two and half years contract worth EGP150.000 per season, and the 24-year-old spoke of his optimism at joining the Dervishes. "This will be my second experience of playing outside Iraq, and I'm really looking forward to succeeding with Ismaili," Sabri told FilGoal.com. Before signing for Ismaili, Sabri played for Iraqi clubs Air Force, Al-Talaba, and Duhok as well as a short spell in Iran with Mes Kerman. The guardian already has 59 international caps under his belt, including winning the 2007 AFC Asian Cup with his country. Sabri's purchase mean that Ismaili will have to offload either Samuel Johnson or other Iraqi player Mostafa Karim due to the Egyptian Football Association's rule of listing no more than three foreigners in each team.
