The number of Ahli fans at the Army Stadium seems to go beyond 3000 as the Reds prepare to take on Tusker of Kenya in the Champions League on Sunday night. Ahli, who are on a 2-1 first-leg lead, have been allowed to invite their fans for the round of 32 tie, although a limited number of 3000 supporters has been set for security reasons. However, as the Ultras Ahlawy group attends the game for the first time since last year's Port-Said disaster, fans outside the stadium seem to be a lot more than the allowed number, five hours before kickoff. Ahli have almost played all their matches behind closed doors since the February 1 disaster in Port-Said, where 74 supporters lost their lives in a post-match riot at Masri.
