CAIRO - Some relatives of the young men killed during the 18-day protests which toppled the regime of Hosni Mubarak have filed complaints to the Public Prosecution against Minister of Interior Mansour el-Essawi, accusing him of libelling their sons, a legal source said. "The families of the martyrs say that el-Essawi described their dead sons in press remarks as thugs," the source added. The martyrs' relatives have called on prosecutors to take legal procedures against the Minister, threatening to stage new protests outside the Interior Minister and the Cabinet.
