CAIRO, Aug 12, 2018 - Minister of Immigration and Egyptian Expatriate Affairs Nabila Makram held a meeting on Sunday with representatives from the ministries of foreign affairs and communications and information technology, the Central Bank of Egypt and the Administrative Control Authority to discuss a project for unifying the expatriates database. Makram said that the project was included in the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to the government for including citizens living abroad in the Sustainable Development Strategy: Egypt Vision 2030, to benefit from their experiences. She said that a committee had been formed to follow up work on the project. It comprised representatives of the ministries concerned to carry out the project as soon as possible.
