CAIRO, July 16, 2018 - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has congratulated French President Emmanuel Macron over France's winning of the FIFA World Cup 2018 tournament that came to a close in Moscow on Sunday evening. In a congratulatory message to President Macron, the Egyptian leader noted the outstanding performance of the French football team throughout the trophy games, Presidency Spokesman Bassam Radi said.
