Spinning factory fire in El Sadat City extinguished

SHEBIN EL KOM, Egypt, July 11, 2018 (MENA) - Civil protection forces and firefighters managed to put out a fire that erupted at a spinning and weaving factory in Menoufia's El Sadat City, with no casualties being reported.
Menoufia security chief Ahmed Etman said Wednesday that fire swept through 30 bales of cotton gin waste in the factory that stretched over an area of 140,000 square meters.
The small fire damaged the cotton bales.
An investigation was launched.
