CAIRO, July 2, 2018 (MENA) - Spokesman for the Education and Technical Education Ministry Ahmed Khairi announced that the pupils' application to the Egyptian-Japanese schools for the academic year 2018/19 was activated online through the ministry's website on Monday. In press statements, the spokesman said that students can apply for admission to these schools through the ministry's website (https://ejs4students.moe.gov.eg/). These schools serve middle-income strata, the spokesman said, adding that the fees for the new academic year 2018/19 will be LE 10,000. The vacancies will be allocated to the students based on geographical proximity and the statutory school age of the pupils, he added. The schools are built in 22 governorates; Cairo, Giza Qaliubiya, Sharqiyah, Damietta, Port Said, Alexandria, Beni Suef, Daqahilya, Menoufiya, Qena, Ismailia, Minya, Assiut, Marsa Matrouh, Fayyoum, Gharbiya, Beharia, Red Sea, South Sinai, Aswan and Suez, he said. The schools will apply a modern education system and advanced curriculum with the view to promoting personality-building traits. The classrooms and the schools are well-equipped to meet learning objectives.
