ISMAILIA, June 25,2018 (MENA) - Ismailia Governor Yassin Taher received on Monday South Korean Ambassador in Cairo Yoon Yeo-cheol as part of a series of field visits made by the Korean diplomat in a number of Egyptian governments. Following the meeting, Ismailia Governor said Misr Public Library will host the Korean Cultural Day, which kicks off on Monday evening, as part of a host of events organised by the Korean Cultural Center in various governorates of Egypt. The two sides also reviewed the main factors characterising Ismailia to lure in new investments and the recent national projects which have recently been launched in the province especially the Suez Canal Corridor Development Project and the New Suez Canal. They also explored future plans for development in the Canal's province. The Korean ambassador, for his part, praised the depth of diplomatic Egyptian-Korean relations, asserting that both governments are willing to further enhance their ties and partnership as well as beef up the exchange of cultural programmes and expertise in the various fields.
