RAMALLAH, June 5, 2015 (MENA) - Israeli police assaulted Palestinian Muslim worshipers inside Al Aqsa Mosque and detained 12 from the southern mosque, known as Al Qibli, in East Jerusalem, WAFA news agency reported on Tuesday. The worshipers were detained purportedly for reading the Qur'an loud. In the same time, up to 89 Israeli settlers stormed the mosque from Al Magharba gate under tight security measures. Meanwhile, Israeli forces forcefully expelled five Palestinian families from their homes to carry out military drills in Humsa al Fawqa village, southeast of Tubas, in the northern Jordan Valley.
